　　D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for a _Loan Closer_. The right candidate will be responsible for closing all types of mortgage loans assigned in a timely manner, with superior quality.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Review all pre-closing documents to ensure compliance with guidelines, such as contract, hazard insurance and all other required documents Input required closing data in loan operating system Draw and release closing documents to the settlement agent Review closing conditions, signatures on documents and clear closing conditions once condition is metAuthorize funding of loanAssist branch with closing related questionsAssist with other loan closer’s pipeline when volume requiresAssist in resolving any post-closing issues as neededConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime Ability to travel overnightEducation and/or Experience

　　Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolOne to two years related experience and or training Superb verbal, written and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivatedAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderatePreferred Qualifications
