Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for the integration of Project Forge platform across all aspects of the Azure service. The TPM will identify the integration points for the Azure Core services features to work seamlessly with platform and surface all the salient features from the platform for the AzureML users. Capture all the requirements across the 1P user base and define the execution plan with the goal to transition AI workloads onto this platform.
Cross functional leadership with all stakeholders in Azure Core to identify the list of feature required for integration with Project Forge.
Lead the security and compliance processes to keep the platform compliant, or address any remediation needed for out of compliance items.
Collaborate with cross platform teams to identify gaps, align on timelines of deliverables and track progress towards the milestones.
Feature priority decisions using data and 3P/1P end-user needs, get team alignment and commitments along with measurements, and drive the execution that ensure we are delivering on our product commitments.
Planning, tracking and communication – defining balanced OKRs, setting up tracking processes and tracking the metrics, communicating via newsletters and internal blog updates.
Own message, content and present regularly to senior executives the latest status, challenges, and where top down direction/help is needed.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
1+ years of experience working in cloud security
1+ years of experience working with Azure core fundamentals.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
