　　Position SummaryThe Senior Tax Analyst will be an integral part of the tax function of a Fortune 5 company. This position will focus on income tax compliance and controversy and will also offer exposure to ASC 740. Responsibilities include preparation of federal and state tax returns and workpapers and assisting in the preparation of the tax provision. The position will also work on preparing responses for state audit requests.Required Qualifications

　　Capacity to develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with colleagues

　　Strong excel skills

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Works independently under general supervision

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
