As the Senior Talent Development Business Partner, you will serve as a key member of both Global Talent Development and the Israel People Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development EMEA & JAPAC with adjunct reporting to the Country HR leader, you will design, develop, and deliver key learning & organisational development programs, serve as a development consultant, coach and partner with teams across the Israel organisation to increase their individual capabilities & team effectiveness. Consultation and collaboration is vital to ensure leaders and employees foster an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, and to help the company grow and scale with a growth mindset and a culture of high performance.
We’re looking for innovative learning professionals with experience and passion for developing learner-centric, development solutions, personalised to the needs of individuals, teams, and the organisation. You are comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, are an expert at evaluating requests and driving them from start to finish. Your Impact
Consult, collaborate and interface with key stakeholders and People Business Partners to build the Talent Development strategy for Israel Product teams and own the execution of the planEnsure solutions are aligned to critical business needs & personalise programmes to fit various individuals and teamsServe as a leadership development coach building leader and management capability at all levels to deepen our performance cultureProvide strategic programme management across a broad curriculum, contributing to the local design, development, delivery of learning solutions that enhance cross-team integration, change resilience and enhance the PAN Culture (i.e. Career Development, Mentoring, Performance Management, New-Hire Experience and Inclusion & Diversity)Manage end-to-end professional development program lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, participant experience, evaluation, to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement Provide thought leadership and best practices in the talent development space Analyse program data to provide insights, measure effectiveness and inform next stepsSupport the future proofing of the organisation with talent management practices (review, succession planning, analytics)Build and maintain relationships both within Israel and with cross-functional stakeholders throughout Palo Alto Networks Effectively manage vendors who may support aspects of leadership and professional development programs Qualifications Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience and 8+ years of direct experience with learning & development and related talent management program experienceExcellent consulting, collaboration, organisational, and change management skillsExtensive experience working in a fast moving, multi-national organisation, leading complex projects related to talent & developmentExperience working as a consultative advisor with senior partners in a high-touch environmentAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a highly matrixed environment of ambiguity, change, and rapid paceStrong attention to detail with the ability to flex from the strategic level to detailed operational excellenceAbility to develop, deliver and communicate in both Hebrew and English is essential Additional Information The Team
