Coordinate with otherServiceNow application teams for QA and release. Monitor and manageperformance of internal systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose operationalissues in AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows. Utilize understanding oftraditional or cloud computing technologies including Networking,Compute, Storage, Development, Data, Operations, or Security. Applyexperience with multiple delivery methodologies including Agile andWaterfall. Work with cloud-based PaaS and SaaS platforms and integrationpoints to On Prem infrastructure.
