Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements within the distribution industry

　　Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects and initiatives

　　Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and use cases to illustrate proposed solutions

　　Provide support in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance distribution operations

　　Analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support informed decision-making within the distribution network

　　Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation processes to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions

　　Collaborate with IT teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements

　　Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions

　　Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute valuable insights to the business

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

　　Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the distribution or supply chain sector

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, business-driven solutions

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

　　Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies

　　Familiarity with distribution systems, warehouse management, and logistics processes

　　Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable plans

　　Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
