Provide administrative support to the Director of Academic Affairs (e.g., assist with preparing materials and scheduling orientation sessions for all new majors, assist with advisor assignments, collect data for various reports).

　　Serve as the primary front office staff person; greet visitors and students and direct them to appropriate offices, answer phones, respond to general inquiries about departmental policies and procedures, etc.

　　Required Skills

　　Two years of college or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　One to three years of relevant experience.
