　　Seasoned professional that understands the sourcing framework for supporting Global Indirect Sourcing’s; short, medium, and longer-term goals. Achieve the best outcome and conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

　　Has knowledge of best practices and can integrates one’s own area of influence with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketplace. Offers competing viewpoints can argue opposing points and can settle on best fit for the need.

　　What you’ll do

　　Own sourcing specific, processes, and tools. Reviews regularly and provides improvement ideas for standard processes. Work on special initiatives.

　　Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

　　Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

　　Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Handles projects at with autonomy at this level. The role allows for modification of procedures for the betterment of the organization.

　　The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work if the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

　　Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.

　　What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

　　Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

　　Significant experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives

　　Fluent English language knowledge
