　　HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Technical Services Division and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)! This position will be performed at the customer site in either Arlington, VA or Mechanicsburg, VA, with a hybrid work schedule that includes telework! Come join our growing team today!

　　The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge, skills and experience across a broad range of Cloud and IT. This position requires continuous awareness of evolving trends and the latest advancements in technology implementation to aid in developing innovative approaches and cutting-edge solutions. Knowledge of DoD and industry best practices are necessary to help define strategies that may include enterprise architecture models, business capability models, process definitions and hybrid operating models. This role requires the ability to identify the most important issues or opportunities, maximize value by conducting rigorous system level analysis (concept, design, development, test, operation, and maintenance), and support the implementation and integration of services across Cloud/Enterprise IT.

　　What you will do

　　Leverage tactical technology skills and experience as a foundation for defining strategic solutions at the Enterprise Level

　　Identify and implement technology solutions from idea identification to business/enterprise technical solution definition, to implementation, while also assessing and mitigating 2nd and 3rd order impacts

　　This role will be involved in the following aspects of DSCA Technology Mission:

　　Digital Strategy: Collaborating to address issues, drive decisions, actions, inform investments, and create solutions for Cloud/Enterprise IT

　　Cloud/Enterprise IT Value Strategy: Helping shape the direction of Cloud/Enterprise IT solutions to align the overall stakeholder and business vision and objectives, and facilitate measurable improvements

　　Cloud Technology Innovation and Ecosystems: Exploring new and emerging technologies & services to create a vision of how technology will shape the future and invent the next wave of cutting-edge business solutions for the customer

　　Operating Model: Assist in shaping the Cloud/Enterprise IT functionality and operations to achieve the stakeholder Cloud/Enterprise IT objectives

　　Solution Strategy: Helping to enable organizations to access Cloud/Enterprise IT-based services, including infrastructure, applications, platforms, and business processes via the internet to shape the organization´s cloud journeys

　　Ability to work with a team in support of senior level customer leadership (GS-15 and SES)

　　Strong belief in service and end user requirements driven solutions

　　Ability to be collaborative across a wide array of individuals at varying levels of technical skill

　　Effective writing and speaking ability to communicate complex strategies and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leaders

　　Additional duties as assigned or required

　　What we are looking for

　　9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience

　　Experience with multiple of the following technical areas:

　　Cloud Migration & Application Modernization

　　Enterprise Cloud Provider: Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle

　　Cloud based Collaborative Platform Solutions

　　Agile (strategy, transformation, or operating model)

　　Test Drive Development (TDD) (Cypress, Selenium, TestRail, etc.)

　　Software Development Lifecycle (Dev, Test, Stage, Production)

　　Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) implementation experience

　　DevSecOps design/deployment/management experience

　　Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)

　　Ability to travel to customer location(s) occasionally with advance notice

　　Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance

　　Bonus points for...

　　Bachelors in IT, Computer Systems, or equivalent technologies/experience

　　Professional Certifications (Sec+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, Azure, etc.)

　　3+ years of contributions to Cloud/Enterprise IT/Application development or deployment

　　5+ years of experience in supporting at least 2 of the following areas:

　　Cloud/Enterprise IT Strategy Planning, Implementation, or Development

　　Cloud/Enterprise IT Security Strategy Implementation or Development

　　Application/Technology Innovation and Ecosystems Implementation or Development

　　Cloud/Enterprise IT Operating Model Implementation or Development

　　Cloud Infrastructure Implementation or Development

　　AI/ML/Data Strategy Implementation or Development

　　3+ years of experience supporting the functional analysis of technology solutions

　　2+ years of experience contributing to teams including planning, analytical work, and team workshops

　　Physical Requirements

　　May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
