　　Position Description:

　　Develops applications and code in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS using client-side languages, libraries, and frameworks. Designs enterprise application architecture patterns and orchestration frameworks using Apache, Camel, and Docker. Performs Docker containerization, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud deployment, and application management via AWS console. Builds hybrid mobile applications and develops Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using Cordova and Ionic. Performs unit testing using Jasmine and Karma. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing hybrid mobile applications within a financial services environment.

　　Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) developing hybrid mobile applications within a financial services environment.

　　Skills and Knowledge:

　　Candidate must also possess:

　　Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") performing hybrid mobile application development and unit testing in a Monorepo structure within a financial services environment using Typescript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift programming languages, and Angular, Ionic, NX, JEST, and Require frameworks.DE building and maintaining RESTful APIs for consumption on Web and mobile clients using Java Spring Boot and Apache Camel; deploying APIs to AWS; and publishing API gateways using Jenkins tool.DE building integrated applications for application registry and maintenance using ServiceNow; and performing analysis for incident tracking and resolution using ServiceNow and client and server logs.DE building new UI components for external facing hybrid mobile applications; and implementing framework and library upgrades targeting Ionic, Angular, NX, Cordova, Android, and iOS using Visual Studio Code, Redux Devtool Extensions, XCode, and Android studio.
