　　The Opportunity:

　　ECI has an exciting opportunity for Senior Software Engineer, who will act as a Dedicated Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for development of new API applications and enhancements to integrate systems with existing business processes. He will provide technical support to other application developers and testing teams and will work cross-functionally with our internal Product Team, Infrastructure Team, IT Leadership, and business stakeholders to understand and author functional and non-functional requirements lead by key business initiatives. This individual will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn and share knowledge.

　　What you will do:

　　Being responsible for the development, on-going maintenance, upgrades, documentation, and implementation of our API-led system integrations.Work cross-functionally with our internal Product Team, Infrastructure Team, IT Leadership, and business stakeholders to understand and author functional and non-functional requirements lead by key business initiatives.Development of new API applications and enhancements to integrate systems with existing business processes.Create and maintain new and existing technical documentation on our API network.Work with leadership to develop operational reports on API application health and usage.Troubleshoot existing integrations.Performance tuning and optimization of API processing and orchestration.Work within and enhance existing SDLC methodologies.Ensure runtime API applications align with lifecycle support matrix.Maintain a high level of coding standards and quality assurance policies and procedures.Revise methodologies when required to be compatible with changing business needs and client standards so that all legal, compliance, and operational requirements, such as data sovereignty & GDPR, regulatory security, privacy policies and service-level agreements (SLA) are accounted for.Work closely with Global Director of Security to ensure a security-lead development approach.Provide technical support to other application developers and testing teams.Collaborate with analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of newly incorporated system integrations.Lead testing phase of system integration testing to identify and remedy potential problem areas.Partner with 3rd party developers (internal and external clients, and consultants).Learn our business and our mission-critical systems.

　　Must have 8+ years minimum working experience in the following:

　　Architecture ExperienceMuleSoft Framework StackCloudhub: Runtime ManagerAnypoint Studio 6.6 and 7.3ExchangeMule 3.9.2, 3.9.5 RuntimesMule 4.2, 4.3 RuntimesXML, JSONSOAP, RESTSOAP UI, PostmanSQL (CRUD operations, mssql stored procedures & functions)Azure DevOpsGit repositoryPipelines (creating and configuring pipelines, environment and securedvariables)Git/Pipeline integration
