　　Deliverables for this role include:

　　Involve from requirements development to flow down process across design, code, integration, and test of software into a large software baseline and large systems.

　　Participation on collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams, often employing agile system and software development operations to plan, specify, design, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions.

　　Developing software requirements and FPGA level interface requirements derived from system level requirements, developing associated architectures, performing simulations and analysis and testing of the software in a laboratory setting.

　　Responsibilities include inventions and innovations of new products and technologies, from architecture and design, through integration, lab test and field test.

　　Collaborating effectively with other disciplines and senior technical staff, in addition to producing planning and technical work products for internal customers to form original solutions to complex problems.

　　Work in an advanced product development team environment with systems, firmware, electrical and software engineers.

　　This position will require occasional business-related travel.

　　U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

　　Basic requirements include:

　　Experience in software utilizing C / C++ OR similar languages.

　　Experience using tools like Visual Studio, Vitis, TortoiseSVN, GIT, Jenkins, Jira, Collaborator or similar.

　　Clearance and Citizenship Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance . U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

　　Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant software development experience.

　　Advanced Desirable Attributes:

　　Strong team player with good interpersonal skills as well as excellent written/verbal communication skills

　　Any knowledge/experience with Radar technology, machine languages is highly beneficial.

　　Electronic Warfare , Radar, or Secure Communications technology knowledge

　　Some experience with software algorithm development

　　DevSecOps Toolsets experience, either as user or implementor

　　Software Development Lifecycle, including Agile philosophy

　　Experience with machine learning

　　Desire to grow as a design engineer and technology influencer

　　The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
