Zebra is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to join and our dynamic development team!

As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing and leading solution development to highly complex business problems by using ServiceNow functionalities, integrations with other applications/services and through process design.

This role is remote in CANADA.

Responsibilities:

Manages highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Leads business partner and stakeholder discussions to determine business objectives and translates these into: (1) detailed requirements/ “stories” for software developers, and/or (2) new or adjusted IT operational processes.

Designs, implements, and supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.

Develops mission critical process flows and solutions for business problems utilizing a People, Process, and Technology approach .

Performs basic configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control.

Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases.

Designs extensions and tailored solutions utilizing ServiceNow functionalities and integrated applications/services for business scenarios.

Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. May set up user accesses and trains users on application.

Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.

Performs system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying. Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance.

Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.

12+ years' work experience

Candidates with 7+ years of experience will be considered if they have combined experience with ServiceNow administration, development, and/or Product Ownership along with relevant experience in IT operations and/or delivery.

Must be ServiceNow subject matter expert.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience overseeing highly complex issues and applying advance root cause analysis

Experience oversees management and strategy of documentation processes

Ability to strategize IT solutions

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional areas.

Highly experienced in effectively providing direction to manage in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate technical topics into effective end user and executive level communications.

Experience in IT operations and/or delivery.

Combined experience with ServiceNow administration, development, and/or Product Ownership

Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management

Demonstrated ability to manage end user issues

Subject matter expert with technical applications/solutions

Ability to lead teams collaboratively

Subject matter expert on applicable IT systems/applications

Ability to design highly complex systems and tools

Advanced analytical skills

Ability to identify and manage process improvements
