We are supporting our client in hiring for a Scrum Master to sit onsite in Irving, TX (3 days per week onsite). Consumer banking experience highly preferred.

　　Description:

　　Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and guiding one or more scrum teams of a portfolio of initiatives supporting multiple lines of business units.

　　· SAFE Certified Scrum Master is a must

　　· Strong experience in Agile methodologies

　　· LEAN concepts

　　· Strong expertise with JIRA

　　· Good knowledge and experience practicing Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban

　　· Worked in Agile development team and fully understand agile routines and processes

　　· Good understanding of SAFE framework and corresponding roles/responsibilities and operating principles

　　· Good knowledge of Atlassian products like Jira/Confluence and basic understanding in CI-CD pipeline. Experience working in middleware environment with cloud based technologies and knowledge in modern engineering practices is desired.

　　· A self-organized individual with ability to effectively prioritize tasks and weigh competing demands to help Team deliver their objectives

　　· Proven experience in coaching Teams and taking them up thru the maturity levels of Crawl/Walk/Run/Leap/Fly

　　· Ability to help teams identify problems and apply critical thinking skills to come up with creative solutions

　　· Excellent communication Skills. Comfortable communicating with senior levels of both business and technology leadership

　　· Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various stakeholders of Train as well as Leadership Team to provide feedback as well as absorb feedback.

　　· Ability to provide technical leadership to projects during design and development

　　· Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various stakeholders of Train as well as Leadership Team to provide feedback as well as absorb feedback.

　　· Strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owner and ability to manage client relationship and expectations

　　· Ability to do context switch. Even though this is not recommended in Agile it is a desired skill due to the nature of SIS Organization where Teams get engaged in multiples projects at same time and hence require efficient context switching to deliver

　　· Ability to communicate with technical team members to translate requirements into technical terminology

　　· Ability to facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner

　　· Work with the team to develop release plans, roadmaps and manage backlog

　　· Demonstrated experience conducting working sessions for requirements gathering

　　· Strong written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with senior levels of both business and technology leadership

　　· 5+ years of experience as Scrum of Scrums Master

　　· Demonstrated technical acumen

　　· Experience with browser based technologies
