Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to join our Business Technology division in Seattle, WA. In this role you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce product life cycle, including gathering product requirements, developing business cases, and working closely with developers, IT, software engineering, and software vendors. Additional responsibilities include:Maintain, update and present business Salesforce product roadmaps. Maintain knowledge of existing technology solution set and future needs, industry trends, and competitive threats.Define enhancements and features with stakeholders.Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.Assist in development and management of backlog in Salesforce.Produce well written documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user acceptance test plans and training material.Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.Facilitate product design and user focus sessions.Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.Lead training sessions to ensure end user success in Salesforce tool.Work with Technology Partners to successfully deliver projects.Partner with business, technology, and enterprise organizations to enable cross functional collaboration.Serve as a steward of McKinstry technology solutions.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry5-7 years experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and support experience required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Ability to generate custom reports and dashboards.Experience in Sales or Marketing Cloud required, experience with Field Service Lightning a plus.Understanding of CRM business processes such as Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management, Case Management a plusExperience managing bug triage, issue resolution, change and risk management desired.Proficiency in Microsoft products including SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerBI a plus.Experience with ServiceNow and DevOpps a plusPeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistanceUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveTransgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance"Building Good" paid community service timeLearning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry UniversityMcKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workersSee benefit plan documents for complete details.If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving plan
