Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

　　Location: Vancouver, WA - Onsite

　　Job Summary

　　OSI Digital is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering and development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, along with experience in translating business needs/requirements to technical needs and recommend best practices based on customer needs. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also act as a technical expert and help spearhead the practice in Delivery Management. The candidate will be adept at CRM, Quote to Cash, and Contract Lifecycle domain areas.

　　This position will work closely with Technologists, Management and Clients to create Technical Designs, develop and code solutions, implement phased changes, run test scenarios, and investigate related issues through resolution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on and in-depth familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Service, Sales and Community Clouds. The candidate must be comfortable with integration concepts, CRM, and related business models, have experience collaborating with stakeholders in related roles (IT, Sales, M&A), be detail oriented, and have strong communication skills.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Experience in defining, analyzing, and reviewing Technical Architecture and recommending architecture options. Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture is preferred.

　　A proven functional/technical professional with at least 3 full SDLC SalesForce.com implementations. 

　　Strong Salesforce experience in producing design documents, process flowcharts on marketing processes and Customer Journeys, Reporting and BI using Einstein Analytics

　　Expertise with Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex, Lightning Framework) knowledge and Best Practices. Good understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations

　　Skilled at providing maintenance, support, daily configuration, and improvement of the database and integration.

　　Strong experience in supporting customers through sales/service cloud implementations, deliverables, project management.

　　Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow. 

　　Accomplished in developing and maintaining documents like business process, functional designs, project plans etc.

　　Thorough understanding of Life Cycle of Development including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Change Set and Ant and clear understanding of release management processes and tools.

　　Knowledge of Agile processes, story sizing and planning. Experience as Scrum Master is a plus.

　　Skilled at building consensus and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.

　　The candidate will be responsible for application design, development, and support of Salesforce related projects.

　　Using UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies, the candidate will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support.

　　Ensuring the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.

　　Must Have Qualifications

　　Experience in designing and developing software components and having a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background. 

　　Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Quote to cash with end-to-end implementation experience. 

　　Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools. 

　　Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution. 

　　Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

　　8 – 12 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Development.

　　2 – 3 years of Enterprise and Solutions Architecture experience in Salesforce.

　　Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in computer, engineering, business or another related field

　　Must have sound knowledge of ERP, CRM or SFA

　　Strong experience in Salesforce with Sales, Service and Experience cloud

　　Experience and exposure to providing solution architecture on Service Cloud

　　Work with agile and other methodologies

　　Travel as required.
