Description

　　We are seeking a proficient and results-driven Remote Hospital Medical Insurance Collector to join our team. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere! The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and resolve unsettled claims from insurance companies, offering a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure smooth processing of all insurance claims.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Identify and monitor overdue insurance claims.

　　Insurance: HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal

　　Submit and process claims electronically via insurance portals.

　　Follow-up on claims status, resolve denials & discrepancies, and re-appeal if necessary.

　　Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claims processing and patient profiles.

　　Conduct regular reviews of unpaid claims and manage collections process.

　　Ascertain patient health coverage and ensure adherence to policy.

　　Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all compliance guidelines and regulations.
