About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Senior Manager who will be responsible for handling volume hiring requirements under Consumer and Small Business Banking.
In this role, you will:Manage and develop a recruiting team of Recruiting Managers in support of large business or functional groupsManage a Recruiting team of individual contributors supporting multiple complex or specialized business lines or functional groupsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Talent Acquisition functional areaDevelop and implement staffing programs to ensure the company staffing requirements are met in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirementsDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of Recruiting team to develop and implement innovative sourcing practicesCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers of broader Talent Acquisition functional areaManage allocation of people and financial resources for Talent Acquisition functional areaDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher educationCandidate must have at least 15 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition specifically in volume hiring from a reputable BPO, Banking & Financial or Shared Services with at least 5 - 8 years of people management experience. Candidate is required to have Targeted Selection Interviewing (TSI) Certification. Supporting and managing regional recruitment is an advantage.Experience in managing functional groups. Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team.Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.Understands budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates and leadership.A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with executives both within the company and with partners.Ability to plan, organize and schedule workflow to meet rigid project deadlines. Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision. Must have a background in using any ATS for Recruitment preferably Workday.Job Expectations:Excellent business acumenDecision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.Customer service orientation.
