PositionResponsibilities Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing alllevels of our warehouse operation, especially technical, high level orconfidential roles. Recruit quality active and passive candidates usingjob boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking. Partner withhiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and requiredqualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan. Work withinterviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendationsand prepare applicant files for review by senior leadership. Provideguidance and mentorship to the recruiting team. Build and maintainrelationships with recruiting agencies, universities and otherorganizations to find talent. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree inHuman Resources, Business or a related field. 7+ years of experience inrecruiting or a related HR function. Knowledge of Applicant TrackingSystems and Microsoft Office. Travel to job fairs, recruitment eventsand Uline\'s North American locations as needed.
