Description

　　A certified professional who performs computerized axial tomography, as well as routine diagnostic and special radiologic procedures on patients of all age groups. Other duties may include multi-disciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, and collaboration with the medical staff. Works under minimal supervision and acts as a resource to others in the department.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: Graduate of Accredited school of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

　　Coursework/Training: Training in C.T. in addition to Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.

　　California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography upon hire.

　　2 years of experience in an acute care hospital.

　　1 year of experience in Computerized Tomography in the Imaging Department.
