What we do matters - together, we're reimagining the future of water.The Distribution Senior Quality Leader has responsibility for promoting quality culture across Watts distribution sites, provides analysis, insight, training, coaches and directly applies quality principles to distribution business functions within Watts enhancing the customer experience. You will work with distribution sites and manufacturing sites to achieve significant improvements to processes that are linked to distribution site quality and focused on the customer, resulting in balanced measurable improvements. You will be hybrid at one of the Distribution Centers, reporting to the Manager, Distribution Centers.You Will:Lead and manage standardized quality activities across distribution sites, aligned with Watts Global Quality InitiativesDrive positive quality cultureChampion, measure, and report distribution quality initiatives and projectsFacilitate strategy and goal deployment across distribution sites as prescribed by Supply Chain and Global Quality Senior Leadership.Lead audits and inspections to ensure conformance and reports findingsAnalyze quality problems and develop a project funnelInterface with external suppliers, manufacturing sites and customers on quality related issuesInitiate and coordinate distribution quality data collection, analysis and reporting using statistical techniquesOrganize, monitor and distribute information related to distribution quality processes including ISO 9001 standardsEvaluate and score quality within the distribution sitesHelp design and evaluate distribution quality assurance systems, procedures and statistical techniquesConduct training on quality concepts and tools with distribution managers, supervisors and associatesIdentify and develop distribution site level quality champions to assist with site level functionsDetect internal and external best practices for distribution, and share across distribution sites, manufacturing sites and Watts leadershipYou Have:Minimum of 5 years distribution or logistics experienceExperience supporting and enhancing quality systemsHands-on experience, including lean, 5S and visual managementExperience performing auditing functionsSolid project management experience, focusing on execution and decision-making capabilityWorking knowledge of multiple business functions, including operations, logistics, sales, customer service, engineering and ITExperience training and coaching a formal problem-solving methodologyAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional site leadership,Effectively lead and managed changeWillingness to advance Quality certifications and professional knowledgeWhat's In It For You:* People-First Culture - Enriching and caring for people is at the core of who we are; this includes our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, and providing our employees with meaningful career growth opportunities, a positive and safe work
