Aerotek is currently hiring a night shift CNC Lead in Newmarket, ON!

　　Qualifications:

　　1+ year experience as a CNC operator OR as a manufacturing lead with CNC knowledge

　　Strong verbal skills, as well as problem-solving skills

　　Must be able to perform and understand all job functions of a CNC operator

　　Flexible with OT as required

　　Description:

　　Leading a team of 3-4 employees per shift.

　　Schedule CNC lathe machines, troubleshoot them, and edit CNC programs.

　　Provide support to production in order to ensure a smooth production run (i.e. setup tool changes, problem solving).

　　Train and assist new and existing Operators, monitoring their performance.

　　Check daily operations; report any abnormalities of machinery or parts and relay operator concerns to the CNC Manufacturing Manager.

　　Ensure that daily administrative paperwork is completed and filed accordingly.

　　Assist CNC Manufacturing Manager in monitoring employee performance.

　　Shift & Pay:

　　Nights: 10pm-6:10am

　　$25.48/hr base + $0.60/hr night shift premium

　　Pay increases every 3 months for the first 12 month period
