About the role

　　Burn is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer - Biomass, who will provide experienced quality assurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs, defects, and other issues and ensuring the product meets customer specifications.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Review and approve design drawings and 3D models, quality control checklists, test procedures, and quality specification sheets.

　　Support the product design and engineering teams by providing analysis and quality expertise throughout the stage gate processes. 

　　Work with the engineering team to initiate, define and document product inspection methods and acceptance criteria. 

　　Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.

　　Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.

　　Ensure that products meet the organization’s, and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.

　　Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

　　Maintain a central database of quality technical documents required for BURN’s global manufacturing operations and ensure they meet document control and revision requirements. 

　　Manage the corrective action tracker for quality issues and provide periodic review reports of the corrective action status. 

　　Mentor and train a team of quality engineers and technicians on quality processes and procedures.

　　Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Thorough understanding of mechanical drawings and SolidWorks design software

　　Excellent interpersonal skills.

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

　　At least 2-3 years of related experience.
