Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in Agile methodologies and IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects within a hospital setting, demonstrating expertise in communication with executive leadership and project teams. Key Qualifications: Agile Experience: Possess Agile certification with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in project management. Azure DevOps: Proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps, including Kanban boards and/or Sprint methodologies. IT Infrastructure Projects: Extensive experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects, including but not limited to Server, Telecom, Network, and Data center migration and refreshes. 24x7 Patient Care Setting: Previous experience working within a hospital setting with 24x7 patient care, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with healthcare environments. Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, providing clear and concise status updates to executive leadership and project teams. Organizational Change Management: Familiarity with PROSCI methodologies for Organizational Change Management. Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects of very large size and/or high complexity, including multiple projects of mixed complexity levels and sizes. Specific program focus will include Zscaler Implementation, covering Internet Access, VPN Remote Access, and Zero Trust Segmentation with Cisco Client and ORDR. Specific Duties: Project Leadership: Lead projects with a focus on Zscaler Implementation and other IT infrastructure initiatives. Budget Management: Manage project budgets with responsibilities up to (USD)5 million. Matrix Supervision: Provide matrix supervision of staff from other IT departments and divisions, as well as contractor/vendor resources. Communication: Effectively communicate project status updates with executive leadership and project teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within complex IT environments. Familiarity with healthcare settings and understanding of the challenges associated with 24x7 patient care. Experience with Zscaler Implementation, Internet Access, VPN Remote Access, and Zero Trust Segmentation. Strong organizational change management skills using PROSCI methodologies.
