　　The Project Analys t assists Project and Program Managers on larger projects. Responsible for managing reporting dashboards as well as the support of process/procedural updates and training. Assists the Program Governance Team in maintaining and creating standards around process and reporting. Updates departmental record keeping systems. Communicates with senior project managers or functional managers regarding status of specific projects.

　　Responsibilities:

　　●Assists in preparation, management, and execution of project plans.

　　●Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

　　●Manages project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.

　　●Proficient in working with different stakeholders such as Procurement, finance team etc.

　　●Assists the Program Governance Team in maintaining and creating standards around process and reporting.

　　●Update departmental record keeping systems (Contractor list, Vendor List, Purchase Order Tracker, Project Directories...).

　　●Create and Manage reporting dashboards.

　　●Providing administrative support as needed.

　　●Responsible for budget and financial management (Project creation, PO creation and tracking, etc).

　　Requirements and Qualifications :

　　●Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field of study.

　　.●Work with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

　　●Excellent attention to detail.

　　●Competency in documenting processes and procedures.

　　●Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.

　　●Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

　　●Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
