　　We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the EU Middle Mile Node Programs Team as a Senior Program Manager focusing on innovation regarding shift design, labor models and process automation.

　　To be successful you need to think big and create innovation to enable our fast growing business whilst at the same time leading the end to end process execution. You will build solutions using a human centered design methodology in close collaboration with Amazon Operations, Tech, HR, and other business stakeholders. You will interface with multiple teams within EU and US leveraging the larger Amazon infrastructure aligning with the larger global strategy and ensuring we design and implement people programs and practices that are globally scalable for our business.

　　Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate senior level discussions and decisions

　　Ability to lead across a complex global organization

　　The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvement

　　A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the organization and look around corners

　　Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments

　　Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

　　The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, have a bias for action orientated on results

　　Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization

　　Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.

　　BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

　　5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.)

　　Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight and Tableau

　　Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

　　Experience with SQL

　　Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash etc

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Extensive experience in program/project management.

　　Strong experience with programs related to labour planning, operations management, high volume recruiting, and/or HR.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Extensive experience leading relevant operational programs, including experience leading cross-functional, global projects.

　　Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

　　Strong background in building and executing in a highly ambiguous, flexible environment.

　　Strong data-driven, business writing skills.

　　Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.

　　Strong bias for action and “get stuff done” attitude.
