"Our life-sciences agency client is seeking a skilled Senior Production Designer / Studio Manager to join their team fulltime. This will be an onsite role in Manhattan at a great location on 5th Ave near Union Square.This role is both a hands on role with potential studio management in the future. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being the main Production Designer/Artist while also managing Production freelancers as needed. Senior Production Designer / Studio Manager Responsibilities:-Supports the Creative team in updating, optimizing, and managing files for digital delivery and print production- QA all digital and print files for release, QA print proofs and digital asset exports.-Work with designers, copywriters, and CDs/ADs to develop and execute print and digital templates.-Creates mockups and design comps for various digital and print campaign tactics.-Prepares creative assets for submission to pharma regulatory bodies for review.-Creates and updates layouts for digital projects in partnership with Art Director.Senior Production Designer / Studio Manager Requirements:-5+ years of production design experience, ideally from an agency environment.-Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.-Must be highly detail-oriented with an eye for color accuracy.- Must have B2B experience - Experience in Tech, Pharma or healthcare a big plus-Must have fantastic graphic production abilities, with excellent attention to detail in both print and digital mediums.-Should understand the subtleties of print production and its best practices.-Must have strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously and multi-task.-Comfortable with tight timelines and fast turnarounds.-A solution-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others.Basic hours of work are five days per week (Mon-Fri), 9am 6.30pm, with 1 hour lunch.
