The Senior Corporate/Tax Accountant is responsible for managing tax filings, completing complex month-end tasks and reporting, and supporting annual audit activities. Additionally, this position is responsible to be an expert resource on the company enterprise accounting system and processes for the accounting department and other related functional areas. This position will help to ensure the financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organization objectives, needs, and regulatory requirements. 　　- - Lead the process of preparing state and federal income tax returns.

　　```- - Compile and provide tax advisors with all materials needed to ensure timely filing of federal tax returns.

　　```- - Provide necessary tax related reporting for annual audit, including state and federal tax provisions.

　　```- - Help coordinate and perform monthly and annual activities by preparing and analyzing accounting transactions and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

　　```- - Prepare the monthly and annual financial packages for internal and external reporting needs.

　　```- - Actively support and participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting and internal control policies and procedures to ensure an effective system of internal controls.
