Employer will provide or payfor charter bus services or other modes of transportation to groups of H-2B orU.S. workers or will permit workers to select any means of transportation theychoose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical andreasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.The remainder of inbound transportation, meals, and hotel expenses to bereimbursed to the worker at the 50% point of the contract. As per FLSArequirements, daily meal subsistence is paid. Outbound transportation andsubsistence will be provided/paid by the employer where the worker completesthe work contract period, or is terminated without cause, and nosubsequent H-2B employment is available.
