Humana's Corporate Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join the team working remote anywhere nationwide. As the Senior Product Owner, you will connect our business stakeholders and our development Scrum teams by managing solution delivery expectations and keeping information flowing in both directions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and the data warehouse and business intelligence development teams to define and prioritize the Product Vision and Features to maximize value delivered to internal business partners. You will be informed of the business objectives and priorities, empowered to deliver, available to the delivery team, prepared, domain knowledgeable and a subject matter expert. Additionally, in this role you will combine expertise in the domain of data warehousing and business intelligence and apply Lean and Agile principles to deliver innovative business intelligence, reporting and analytic solutions.
Key Role Functions
Assist with the development team determine what to build and in what sequenceDefine project goals, sprint/iteration objectives and user acceptance testsCollaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize ROITrack Scrum team(s) delivery cadenceProvide day-to-day tactical direction for the team and manage the sprint and cross project prioritiesUnblock and focus the feature teams throughout the releaseManage defect scheduling in the backlogCommunicate daily with the Product ManagerManage stakeholder expectations and keep them informedDefine, communicate and reinforce the product/feature visionCollaborate with business stakeholders and the team to define and communicate the product roadmapGathers requirements from stakeholders by gaining an understanding of the business problem and/or opportunityCollate, analyze and prioritize requirementsWrite well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteriaOwn the product backlogEnable incremental delivery of features over multiple releases, minimizing time-to-marketEnable incremental feature development using Lean and Agile principlesPrepare the product backlog for the upcoming 2-3 iterations / sprintsLead Sprint Planning meetings; explains feature priorities and requirements to the development teamLead the sprint review (demo) to provide fast feedback on sprint resultsLead sprint retrospectives and contributes to continuous process improvementCollaborate with other Product OwnersPrepare reports for management regarding project statusAvailable to the team and promotes collaboration
To be successful in this role you must be a critical and analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively. You must be an excellent communicator with story writing and splitting skills. Being a decisive, proactive, flexible and open minded negotiator with a good business sense is also key to success in this role.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or business related fieldExperience leading in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program or portfolio environmentUnderstanding of system architectural componentsUnderstanding of Data Engineering practices for Data Science projectsExperience with Cloud infrastructure and Cloud migrationsRelevant technical or business work experienceUnderstanding of ETL and data pipelinesGood prioritization skills with focus on real business need and objectivesExperience working with marketing, product management, data integration and operationsWorking knowledge of Lean and Agile values, principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$93,000 - $128,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
