About our Senior Product Marketing Manager role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) in the UK at Sage is a position with significant accountability. Directly reporting to the Director of UKIA, the Sr. PMM has responsibility for delivering Product Marketing (PMM) activities and outcomes within the Sage Intacct business across the UK. The Sr. PMM will be accountable for product proposition and delivery of GTM plans.
The single, critical aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics/trends and competitors; then leveraging these insights to optimise GTM plans to ensure that our propositions, messaging and tactics are on point and resonate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration is at the heart of your responsibilities. You are expected to establish robust, positive and healthy working relationships with go-to-market (GTM) stakeholders, acting as a source of inspiration by evangelising the growth strategy, fostering confidence, belief, and excitement. Together with key UKI stakeholders from various workstreams such as Marketing, Sales, Success, Partners, Sales Operations, Commercial Team, etc. the Sr. PMM will support and drive new customer acquisition as well as increased product adoption within our customer base.

All of this is carried out with two clear outcomes in mind: maximising the value for customers and achieving our ARR/growth/margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Summary of your day-to-day?
You will be accountable for understanding the needs of customers; the market size, shape trends and conditions of the market; activities and strategies of competitors and the performance of our business as relevant to specific GTM plans. You will Partner with key functions to source the required data and insights… developing conclusions with “so what” actions. Feeds insights from this understanding into the development of GTM strategies and value propositions. You will also be accountable for GTM Execution, launch, Value proposition. You will work with the customer marketing team to design a robust up-sell strategy that delivers customers value as their needs evolve as well as meets the commercial targets set against add-on sales.
Minimum qualifications
•Experience in Product Marketing and/or Growth roles.
•Significant and proven experience in a customer and commercially led Product Marketing role with domain expertise
•Experience of launching technology products
•Ability to generate insights and knowledge of the market
•An exceptional collaborator
