We are looking for a senior product manager to join our M365 for China Market Engineering team, located in Suzhou, China. You will help us create the best M365 products for China customers, with a focus on cloud service security, commerce platform, and customer support infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and field technical teams across M365 and Azure to develop an aligned and executable plan. You will also engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and drive successful deployment and usage of our products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and plan for M365 for China Market Engineering, based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals.

• Drive design and implementation of cloud service security, commerce platform, and customer support infrastructure features, in collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

• Manage product backlog, prioritization, and trade-offs, and ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases.

• Communicate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal and external audiences, including senior executives, customers, and partners.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and partners, and incorporate it into product decisions and improvements.

• Monitor and measure product performance, adoption, and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of related experience in product management, preferably in cloud services or enterprise software.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Proven ability and experience in defining product strategy and plan, driving design and implementation, and engaging with customers and partners.

• Knowledge and experience working on SaaS cloud services.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to get what you need from others while managing conflicting priorities.

• Ability to work in a pleasant and cooperative way with a variety of people ranging from individual contributor engineers, senior executives, and supporting teams within Microsoft, as well as business decision makers and IT leadership within our customers and partners.

• Ability to think strategically about technical design, business needs, and opportunities.

• Strong organizational agility and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
