Managingthe office's day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls,responding to emails, handling incoming & outgoing mail, andgreeting visitors.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements forsenior management.
Organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronic andphysical.
Managing office supplies and inventory and making sure the officeis always fully stocked.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers, such as ITsupport or cleaning services.
Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing, bookkeeping,and budgeting.
Handling confidential information with discretion andprofessionalism.
Providingsupport for other team members as needed, including HR tasks such asonboarding new employees and IT asset management.
WhatYou Bring
● Minimum of bachelor’s degree
● Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in theUnited States without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may beeligible for internal transfer.
