What you will do

As a Senior Product Manager – Trauma Extremities , you will:

Develop and execute strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives.

Identify and surface new customer needs, driving product and program improvements.

Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to enhance market positioning.

Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.

Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.

Mentor, develop, and inspire team members.

Work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and achieve business objectives.

Build relationships with industry leaders, organizations, and institutions to strengthen market presence.

What you need

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).

6+ years of work experience required (Medical device, marketing, or sales experience preferred).

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills .

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills .

Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.

Persuasive influence skills in cross-functional environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
