S/he possesses product management rigor and will be comfortable with ambiguity, proactively assumes ownership of business problems, enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and evangelizes the product vision within the organization. We create the long-term vision of how AFN should scale, the benefits our recommendations deliver, and drive the product development, both non-tech and tech, to enable that vision. Our business is at an early stage with a tremendous scope to incubate new ideas, and develop creative solutions to persistent problems. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
