  Job Summary

  This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cloud providers, cloud operations, cloud billing and charging concepts, and cloud storage or other cloud-based IT infrastructure concepts.

  The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the technical eco-system, offerings, charging, licensing, and billing methods of at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as familiarity with direct and channel sales processes and their relationship with different licensing and billing options.

  The candidate should also have a strong grasp of user experience principles, particularly in visually and graphically representing complex data.

  The candidate should have a proven track record of leading products or large features from ideation to delivery.

  Job Requirements

  1. Oversee the end-to-end product management for the Digital Wallet service, including crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market activities for financial and charging products and features.

  2. Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct on-going customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize market requirements.

  3. Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.

  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel partners and customer service teams to ensure successful product rollouts and customer satisfaction.

  5. Monitor and manage capacity-based and node-based licenses for Cloud Volumes ONTAP.

  6. Oversee the addition and management of licenses for BlueXP data services.

  Education

  Total of 12+ years of experience with minimum of 6 to 8 years of product management experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a SaaS or cloud environment.

  Proven experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP.

  Deep understanding of cloud operations, cloud billing and charging concepts.

  Familiarity with storage or other IT infrastructure such as networking.

  Understanding of sales processes, both direct and via channels, and their relationship with different licensing and billing options.

  Demonstrated ability to lead products or large features from ideation to delivery.

  Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Expertise in user experience design, especially in visually and graphically representing complex data.
