　　About Team

　　Unified Manageability team drives the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery of Manageability of data and storage at NetApp which includes System Manager, Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM), Ontap Tools for Virtualization (OTV), BlueXP and Unified Manageability Fabric. You are responsible for developing innovative solutions and architecture for the Unified Manageability Fabric, a multi-tenanted, secure, compliant enterprise grade SAAS platform for customers to manage their data and storage.

　　What Will You Do

　　• Provide the technology strategy to accelerate the pace of innovation within NetApp and the Industry.

　　• Define the roadmap and long-term vision, derived from key business technology and competitive trends.

　　• Partners with Product management and engineering to define and deliver products.

　　• Influence executive management and engineering to contribute towards a competitive portfolio. Demonstrate influence and act as a force multiplier across engineers at NetApp.

　　• Mentor senior engineers and be the technical bar-raiser for senior and principal technical roles.

　　• Evangelize both internally and externally for NetApp products you own and become an industry recognised authority on related technologies and domain

　　What You Will Bring

　　• Globally recognized as domain expert in SAAS, cloud technologies and design patterns.

　　• At least 15+ years building Enterprise grade products and SAAS platforms.

　　• Owned Product and System architecture for multiple significant projects.

　　• Expertise in coding, design, architecture, subsystems, and technology trends.

　　• Good communication skills to communicate with senior leadership on products, technology trends and customer issues.

　　• Expertise in building highly available and performant SAAS platforms using hyper scalars (preferably Azure) and related technologies.

　　• Experience in building compliant, secure and compute intensive data services.

　　Technical Skills

　　• Cloud native development and deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

　　• RESTFUL Application Service Architecture, API management services, 3-layered API approach (API gateways, service mesh and load balancers).

　　• Hands on experience in building multi-tenanted micro services and deployment, provisioning, and orchestration. (K8, Docker).

　　• Persistent technologies - relational/non-relational/Graph databases, in-memory distributed caching and real-time interactive databases.

　　• Strong knowledge of security (Encryption, key management, compliance), web and backend technologies.

　　• Expertise in distributed compute platforms (Spark, Flink) and asynchronous/streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Stream processors).
