　　The person hired into this role will work with local business leaders and partner teams to identify and execute on global regulatory and public policy initiatives. To successfully navigate through this role and its responsibilities, this person should have prior experience working on regulatory and/or public policy issues, preferably in Last Mile.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Work with partner teams and regional business leaders to develop recommendations on regulatory and policy initiatives.

　　Study the regulatory and public policy environment for Amazon Last Mile businesses in existing and new regions.

　　Set up mechanisms to accurately track and report on regulatory and policy developments worldwide.

　　Work with partner teams to develop communication toolkit, reports, and educational material to support regional regulatory and policymaker engagement.

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Tokyo, JPN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree

　　5+ years of regulatory or public policy experience

　　Experience owning product strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

　　Experience using data and critical thinking to determine and drive product and/or regulatory initiatives

　　Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams

　　Business level of Japanese and English

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field

　　Regulatory or policy experience in the last mile or delivery industry

　　Can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

　　Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
