About Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing

  Aortic stenosis impacts millions of people globally, yet it often remains under-diagnosed and under treated. Edwards' groundbreaking work in transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR) pioneered an innovative, life-changing solution for patients by offering heart valve replacement without the need for open heart surgery. Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. This project manager will initiate, plan, execute, control and manage all aspects of projects to ensure ultimate project success within THV Marketing.

  You'll make and impact by:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for a B2C audience

  • Developing marketing messages based on marketing strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for B2C audience

  • Developing product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies for B2C audience

  • Driving marketing collateral through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through

  collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders

  • Managing budgets related to product line, campaigns and projects

  What you'll need (Required):

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in in related field, 8 years of experience orMaster's Degree with 6 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferredMust be onsite in our Irvine, CA Headquarters

  Extensive understanding of marketing concepts and principlesPossesses digital marketing experience: Understands best practices, digital media, UXPossesses DTC experience either inside of healthcareGrasps a working understanding of media plans, media vehicles and drivers, as well as efficienciesUnderstands data and analytics terminology and insightsProven successful project management skillsProven expertise in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management with the ability to drive achievement of objectivesExtensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standardsUnderstands broad market research designs, develops market research programs, and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of commercial goals behind researchAbility to forecast marketing impact for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development and changing market dynamicsAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to

  appropriate levels of management in the organizationAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to represent leadership on sections of projects within a specific area working closely with cross-functional teams, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper managementAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

  Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

  For California, the base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $158,000 (highly experienced).

  The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
