　　We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who would drive the growth of our next generation App platform that powers cutting-edge services across M365 (Microsoft Copilot, Workplace Search, Windows 11 Experiences and more). The experiences built on top of our platform positively impact the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world, empowering them to achieve more. This position will bring in a balanced set of incubation, design, growth engineering, data informed decision making, customer focus, partner engagement, and execution skills. The position requires you to collaborate with product leaders and architects across the company, gain visibility with senior executives, and explore endless possibilities for growth and impact. An ideal candidate should be able to:

　　Guide –   Define the business goals for the team then create and execute a plan to meet those goals. Build a vision for changing the underlying technology of the service and guide the team through landing it.

　　Responsibilities

　　Lead a Product through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.

　　Drive product development across and in partnership with world-class product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists.

　　Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. 

　　Define and analyze OKRs, metrics that inform the success of products. 

　　Understand Microsoft’s strategic and competitive position as part of the Microsoft 365 initiatives and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry. 

　　Maximize speed, effectiveness, efficiency, and learning in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

　　Identify and initiate opportunities for new areas.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

　　Experience withshipping products in a tech company

　　Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

　　Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of Cloud service fabric

　　Familiarity with KubernetesFamiliarity with Data Science/Machine Learning a plus

　　Have passion for new programming languages like RUST & .NET 8

　　Familiarity building Cloud Applications in modern PL’s

　　Ideal candidate will be able to build vision and roadmap for complex areas

　　Establish excellent network of partnerships with technical architects across the company

　　Have skills in developing planet-scale services with focus on QoS resilience, performance & efficiency.

　　Be able to learn quickly with a growth mindset

　　Familiarity building Cloud Applications in modern PL’s like RUST
