　　Amazon Japan Seller Services is looking for a strong and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the JP Seller Service Marchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) team. The team is responsible for supporting Seller's growth by improving customer experience and delivery experience for the MFN Sellers. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for Marketplace Shipping Service (MSS), Amazon managed transportation service partnering with 3P carriers to provide high quality delivery experience to our customers to accelerate Seller’s growth on Amazon.

　　The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, process optimization, excellent analytical abilities to identify the problems and root cause of issues, business and technical requirements documentations, and strong data driven strategic decision-making skill while working on multiple projects. She or he will have experience in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholder in multiple regions and interacting with leaderships to prioritize the project they own, convincing the importance of the project with using persuasive data point. She or he should also has experience working in a cross functional environment such as working with sales, marketing, operations, legal, external partner, and engineering. Keys to success include strong analytical skills, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, project management and communication skills, along with an intense customer obsession. Candidate must communicate in both English and Japanese.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Own key output metrics and drive the right inputs to meet the business goal and report the status timely.

　　• Identify problems to grow product adoption and come up with a set of right solutions with right priorities.

　　• Build long-term vision of the product and present proposals with trade-offs to leadership to get buy-in.

　　• Collaborate with WW teams such as engineering, sales and marketing as well as external stakeholders to execute the plan.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Completed Bachelor’s degree

　　• 7+ years of relevant work experience in retail and/or e-commerce

　　• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business performance

　　• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work successfully with teams across organization and global teams

　　• Success delivering products/services in a high-growth environment, and exhibiting strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems

　　• Strong data analytical skills and ability to provide fact-based recommendations

　　• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

　　• Excellent oral and written communication skills both for English and Japanese.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• MBA/Master’s degree

　　• Experience with SQL, analytics tools

　　• Experience in e-Commerce, Supply Chain or Consulting
