　　As the Senior Product Manager for Coinbase in Germany, you will take the helm of our product and engineering team in the local market. Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading growth initiatives and fine-tuning the Coinbase experience for German consumers, ensuring a tailored product-market fit. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. Your main emphasis will be on boosting revenue and fostering user growth.

　　What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

　　Lead a product and development team focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the crypto economy

　　Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes

　　Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must

　　Write technical product requirement documents, manage technical backlogs, and effectively prioritise new features vs. tech debt. Work with a full-stack engineering team to build world-class internal products that eliminate workflow friction, maximise output, and improve employee experience

　　What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

　　8+ years of Product Management experience

　　A track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact

　　Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritisation and influence

　　Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, empathising with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritising roadmaps to optimise results

　　Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission

　　Native German speaker and fluent in English

　　Nice to haves:

　　Experience with general management, market launcher, or strategy and operations roles in high-growth start-ups, tech, finance

　　Experience working in the Crypto industry (expertise not a prerequisite but willingness to learn and enthusiasm essential)
