　　The opportunity and team you’ll be working with:

　　As the Senior Product Engineer, you'll be pioneering a set of functionalities within our product. Reporting into the Development Manager of Engineering, your expertise will be pivotal in developing code adhering to industry best practices, ensuring the seamless integration of new features into our product lineup. Our engineering team is passionate, dedicated, and at the forefront of technology. We prioritize meaningful work, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and tech innovation. This position works a normal shift and is hybrid in Pune.

　　The expectations of this job:

　　Orchestrating secure coding for web applications using prominent frameworks like J2EE and Spring.

　　Engaging in sophisticated database development, predominantly with Hibernate.

　　Crafting intuitive user interfaces using technologies such as JSP, JSTL, AJAX, and JQuery.

　　Committing to rigorous unit testing methodologies, leveraging tools like JUnit.

　　Concentrating on creating and implementing scalable, efficient code structures.

　　Driving the development and evolution of Randstad Risesmart's innovative Outplacement solution.

　　Ensuring timely and high-quality product deliveries.

　　Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives.

　　Proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or challenges.

　　Championing best practices and staying updated with the latest technological advancements to introduce innovation to the product line.

　　Experience needed for the Sr. Product Engineer:

　　3-5 years of robust hands-on coding and debugging expertise.

　　Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS/MCA

　　Proficiency in Java8 or later, including Data structures, Design Patterns, REST API, Springboot, Hibernate, and microservices.

　　Familiarity with Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD processes, Docker, and AWS services.

　　Experience in crafting effective unit test cases and ensuring code quality with tools like Sonarqube.

　　Adeptness in addressing performance and security concerns.

　　Autonomy in task management and problem-solving.

　　Comprehensive understanding of relational database principles.

　　Familiarity with ReactJS and Selenium would be a plus

　　Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
