  About the Role

  We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team to drive planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a complex blend of leadership, business acumen, and analytical approach to decision-making. You will be responsible for building customer insight-driven marketing campaigns for target accounts and industries. You will lead the development, implementation, and measurement of targeted account-focused programs that drive sales acceleration, revenue, and customer preference for enterprise accounts.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop strategy and drive implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support new business growth across our product portfolio.

  End-to-end ownership of Integrated Marketing planning including: developing campaign objectives and goals, leading planning sessions with teammates, operationalizing campaign strategy, and tracking to campaign goals.

  Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the target consumer to identify key insights that can be leveraged in Marketing plans.

  Manage budget and ensure achieving positive ROI across the Marketing plan.

  Manage program execution and proactively monitor progress to achieve deadlines and results.

  Collaborate across a global organization:

  Forge strong partnership with the Digital Team and Customer Marketing Team to drive outcomes together.

  Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure Marketing is providing innovative, revenue-generating and cross-sell programs to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.

  Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team to integrate value propositions and core messaging across campaigns.

  Build partnerships with Product, Segment, and Sales Teams and look for areas to leverage integrated programs across the organization.

  Analyze and Optimize

  Work with analytics partners to clearly understand performance, analyze trends, business results and use this data to develop actions to improve .

  Make go-forward recommendations and present and share learning and recommendations across the marketing organization.

  Requirements:

  7+ years relevant marketing experience creating and executing marketing plans

  Strong strategic, analytic and creative judgment skills.

  Ability to translate consumer insight into successful marketing programs

  Proven experience in building integrated programs across paid and owned channels, both online and offline

  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team to deliver strong results

  Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment using sound judgment in decision-making
