　　The Ads & Promotions team's mission is to make DoorDash the best place for businesses to market their brand to local customers. As one of the newest and fastest growing teams within DoorDash, we work within a complex ecosystem, balancing the needs of merchants, advertisers, and consumers. We’re realizing DoorDash’s mission of empowering local businesses everywhere by helping them reach new and existing customers. In parallel, we enable consumers to find more of what they love and make shopping more affordable for everyone.

　　The Audience Targeting team creates flexible tools for Merchants and Advertisers to reach the right customers on DoorDash with their marketing campaigns. This helps Merchants to personalize their campaigns and improve their business performance. As a core part of the Ads and Promotions experience, our Targeting platform enables Merchants to leverage DoorDash’s unique customer insights while protecting user privacy.

　　About the Role

　　As a Senior Product Designer on the Targeting team, you will define the systems for audience creation within Ads & Promotions campaigns across all of our marketing products and surfaces.

　　Working closely with cross-functional partners and designers across DoorDash, you’ll envision scalable, data-driven experiences that make complex logic simple to understand and easy to configure. As part of an early-stage team, you’ll take the vision and strategy far beyond what we have today, to help local businesses reach 30+ million consumers on DoorDash.

　　This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City and will report into the Design Manager for Ads & Promotions. This is a hybrid role, with some time in-office and some time remote.

　　The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

　　Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
