About Senior Product Associate, Service

  As a Product Owner/Analyst, you will be a significant contributor in planning and executing the strategy for a customer journey. You will work with the business teams to write initiatives, epics, user stories, work with technology teams to define technical solutions while ensuring agile processes and practices are followed. You will need a strong project management background and communication skills along with experience in managing a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders.

  Job responsibilities

  Partner with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap

  Define product features, write initiatives, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member

  Manage existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap

  Facilitate and drive customer focused solutions across the organization in direct support of the Product Owner and Area Product Owners

  Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap

  Act as subject matter expert with respect to major business processes and supporting applications/capabilities

  Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  5+ years overall experience, with 2+ years as Product Owner / Product Analyst or equivalent

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Requires leadership and negotiation skills;

  Effective presentation and interpersonal skills

  Excellent skills in communicating ideas both written and verbal

  Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)

  Ability to manage backlog, Analytical, problem-solving skills; Attention to detail and ability to manage continuously shifting business priorities

  Be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  Agile/Scrum/Product Owner certifications a plus

  Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus
