　　National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for an ASE certified Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs car and bus service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and some holidays depending on business demand.

　　Hours Available:

　　Sunday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

　　Monday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

　　Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

　　Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

　　Thursday: OFF

　　Friday: OFF

　　Saturday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure that all warranty and mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.

　　Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.

　　Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to required procedures.

　　Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to required procedures.

　　Exhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements.

　　Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain standards.

　　Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.

　　Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

　　Perform related duties as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Must be at least 18 years of age

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Current and Valid Driver’s License

　　Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years

　　Candidate cannot be considered if previously interviewed with Alamo, Enterprise, or National in the last 6 months

　　Requires 4 current ASE certifications or equivalent manufacturer level experience (Minimum 4 ASE Certifications + $1.00 more for every additional ASE up to max of 4, biannual tool allowance of $500)

　　Must be willing to accept pay of $26.50/hr.

　　2 years automotive technical training at an accredited technical trade school OR at least 3 years of technical experience on current model vehicles in an automotive repair shop within the last 5 years
