This role will lead theLegal team\'s product support work, including the Legal team\'sintellectual property, privacy and product compliance functions. Thisleadership role will be a key stakeholder across the company and willwork cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams, as wellas stakeholders in, finance, business operations, people, sales, andmarketing. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer. If You Got It -We Want It * Provide expert legal advice and support to all businessunits on product-related legal issues, including without limitationsupport related to privacy, intellectual property, security, technicalstandards and audits, and related issues, as well as business-mindedproblem-solving with a focus on providing available options, discussingrisks for options, and executing on options the client selects. *Manage Cribl\'s patent, trademark, and copyright programs, includingwithout limitation by partnering with the engineering and product teamsin enhancing Cribl\'s patent portfolio. * Manage Cribl\'s privacyprogram in partnership with the security team, including maintaining andupdating policies, notices, and commercial agreements in response todevelopments in applicable data privacy laws and industry standards. *Provide expert legal advice and support to the executive team onproduct-related legal issues, including without limitation the impact toCribl\'s business operations from changes in domestic or internationallaws and changes to applicable privacy and intellectual propertystandards. * Provide expert legal advice and support to the marketingteam on materials and communications related to Cribl\'s products. *Manage outside counsel\'s work on privacy, intellectual property andrelated product support issues. * Support, draft, and update commercialagreements, including negotiating privacy and product-related issues inconnection with sales negotiations. * Coordinate with relevant businessteams and other internal legal teams on legal and other cross-functionalissues. * Participate as a team player and supervise legal team membersas assigned. * All other responsibilities, duties, functions, andactivities as assigned, including without limitation providing generallegal support as needed concerning other areas of the business.
