Job Description for Civil Design Engineer:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

　　EIT working towards PE License (or currently Licensed PE)

　　Experience with civil site and land development

　　NICE TO HAVES:

　　PE License

　　Multiple years of experience with a Civil Engineering firm specializing in site development

　　The Civil Engineer with specialize in site development for commercial, municipal, and industrial development projects. They will work collaboratively with both the design team and project management. Projects include sites for commercial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and public projects.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Site design using Civil3D

　　Site and storm water systems management and calculations

　　Site grading and shop drawing review

　　Technical reporting

　　Participate in calculations and other project related items
