Program Analyst

　　HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work closely with project leadership to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.

　　Perform data entry, take meeting minutes, and provide administrative support.

　　Compile and submit contract reporting, data-calls, and administrative functions.

　　Develop processes and templates for tracking and reporting.

　　Compile, edit, and submit technical reports.

　　Implement process improvement to streamline reporting across multiple projects and funding lines.

　　Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract tracking and reporting.

　　Develop and maintain schedules through use of Microsoft Project.

　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, finance or equivalent degree or experience

　　Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

　　US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
